Summer - transport

Sognefjellshytta is located mid-way between east and west, just off the Sognefjellsveien, which is the highest mountain road in northern Europe. Sognefjellshytta is situated at the top of the Sognefjellet, 1,400 m above sea level. It can be reached from the east via Lom and Bøverdalen or from the west along the Sognefjord and Luster.

Winter - transport

The Sognefjellsveien is closed during the winter, so our Easter guests have to either ski (13 km) or arrange scooter transport.
